Booking

  • Yes, you will need to contact Ami directly through instagram, text, call or in person at the location at the bottom of this page. DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE THROUGH THIS SITE*

  • Communicate. You have a 15 minute Grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Take that time to reach out and inform your braider.

  • You can reach us anytime via contact page or instagram dm.

Deposits & Payments

  • No, but without a deposit your appointment is subject to change.

  • Yes, but you will need to contact your braider directly via instagram or text message.

  • At the time of your appointment.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time at no charge.

    Cancellations made within 24 hoursof the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

    Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    If payment was made in full prior to the appointment, any applicable refund will be issued after the cancellation fee has been deducted.

  • Contact your braider directly via instagram or text message 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Any payments received will be refunded promptly.

  • Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 50% of your service before booking again. If you pay in full prior to no show, you will be refunded 50%.

Services

  • A complimentary cocktail or beverage, scalp oil, and stocking cap. Add any additional services you may need.

  • Yes, this can be done on the site. Add ons are available for each style. Simply select your style to see what services you can add.

Other

  • DETANGLE! Your service will be very uncomfortable if you have excessive tangling. Plan to be in the shop for hours. Bring snacks, a blanket and entertainment if needed. Specific instructions will be communicated in confirmation.

  • Yes, there is seating for guests to wait. Obnoxious guests may be asked to leave at your braiders discretion.
